Sales & Finance Executive Assistant

We sell and service all things farm implement wise and we do it well. We have 4 branches throughout NZ. This role is Invercargill based but will support the sales and finance teams from all branches, making this a busy role.
We want to be the best, so we need the best people. Here’s what you’ll need to be a success in this role:
- Tech-Savvy: You’ll be diving into a mix of software tools, so being quick on the uptake is a must. Accredo Saturn is our main go to for all things accounting (full training given), but Excel, Smartsheet and Powerpoint are also utilised.
- Smooth Operator: Be the go-to person who keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine in our fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented superstar with a fantastic personality to match!
- Top-Notch Communication: You need to juggle excellent communication with superb listening skills.
- Positive Vibes and Learning Enthusiasm: Show us your upbeat outlook and eagerness to better yourself and others.
- Planning Pro: Be a go-getter who can plan, execute and follow through.
- Task Juggler: Master the art of prioritising tasks and handling multiple demands. You’ll be busy, but also keep an eye out for new projects to dive into.

Financials:
Customer finance deals, sales quoting, financial reports …. the list goes on. It is critical they are all treated with sensitivity, confidentiality and accuracy. An eye for detail and timeliness are very important.
Meeting Management:
Organising monthly meetings with supporting documents, note taking and followups (as some of us need a good push sometimes)
Email Management:
Written communication, guarding sensitive info and prioritising to keep everything flowing smoothly.
Travel Management:
Crafting seamless travel experiences for the team, elevating productivity and satisfaction throughout their journeys.
