Einböck Tyne Airseeder

Hardly needing an introduction, the Einböck PneumaticStar Tyne Airseeder is a thoroughly built, highly accurate implement designed specifically to enhance pasture quality in New Zealand.

Its precision seed distribution is key to its position as a global market leader, delivering optimal germination in various conditions.

New Zealand farmers have benefited from Einböck’s improved pasture density, ease-of-use, and robust construction for years. FarmChief Machinery is now happy to be the exclusive distributor for New Zealand.

Pasture Management Made Easy.

The Einbock’s lightweight, modular build stands as both being resilient and long-lasting in tough conditions, as well as requiring less energy compared to other seeding and sowing options on the market.

Perfected over a number of years, the thoughtfully spaced tyne system produces a fine, optimal tilth for excellent germination and healthier crops and grass.  The implement comes with a choice of a hooked tyne (for a more aggressive action) and a straight tyne (for working in stony conditions).

The accuracy of the airseeder is another standout, with either mechanical drive (MD) or electronic drive (STI) choices available.

With a variety of optional add-ons, including levelling boards and hydraulic adjustment, the Pneumatic Star is certainly a standout in its field.

Einböck Features

Perfected Tyne Setup

A staggered, six rows of tynes with a 2.5cm spacing allows for excellent ground coverage on the 6m machine. The sprung coiled tynes create an aggressive vibration effect on the ground, producing an excellent soil tilth.

Work your ground smarter with the choice of hooked or straight tynes, and utilise the easy central mechanical adjustment to increase or decrease the aggressive tyne action. Upgrade to complete hydraulic adjustment for dynamic angle adjustment on the go.

Precise Seed Distribution

The MD (mechanical drive) or STI (SpeedTronic electric drive system) are easy to setup and calibrate. The centrally-located deflector plates are placed specifically before the last two rows of tynes, allowing for excellent seed-to-soil-contact.

Purpose-Built Airseeders

Designed and manufactured specifically to create the Pneumatic Star, the airseeder is able to seed all standard seeds up to 1kg/ha. A variety of seeding rollers come as standard and are driven by a flexible shaft.

The seeding rate can be infinitely varied between 1kg – 300kg/ha by simple adjustment.

The Tyne Advantage

Years of development into the precise placement and design of the Einböck’s tynes has produced a superior implement capable of producing impressive results throughout New Zealand.

Aggressive Tyne Movement

Individually mounted coil sprung tynes produce an aggressive vibration action, without the risk of breaking. Mounted below the holder, the tynes can withstand a greater force and produce a greater tilth finish as a result.

Choice Of Tyne Design

The choice of tyne design with either a straight or hooked tyne allows the user to modify their implement. Hooked tynes produce a more aggressive working action, where the straight tynes improve performance in stony conditions.

Minimal Tyne Spacing

The minimal tyne spacing of 2.5cm plays a decisive role in the working effect and quality of the operation. This both ensures all the ground is worked, while improving the tilth and ensures excellent seed-to-soil contact.

Precise Tyne Control

A single adjustment lever for each section gives the operator precise tyne control over the angle of work and quality of finish. Upgrade to hydraulic control for faster adjustment right from the cab.

Upgrade To The PneumaticStar Pro

Achieve greater control, improved results, wider working widths and smooth operation with a PnuematicStar Pro. Built for those operators serious about their results.

FarmChief Einböck Pneumatic Star Tyne Airseeder Hydraulic Pressure Regulation

Hydraulic Pressure Regulation

Achieve complete control over the working result of the machine with hydraulic control in the tractor cab. Increase or decrease the tyne angle to perfect the soil aggression and the quality of the tilth produced. Ideal for saving time and achieving a consistent result when working in varying conditions
FarmChief Einböck Pneumatic Star Tyne Airseeder Heavy Duty Parallelogram Frame

Reinforced Parallelogram Frame

Lightweight and strong reinforced parallelogram frame made from steel-tubing provide excellent performance while reducing the operating costs. The parallelogram frame ensures smooth operation even when working at a high speed. Enjoy accurate contour following, keeping all tynes parallel to the ground, maintaining an even pressure across the machine.
FarmChief Einböck Pneumatic Star Tyne Airseeder Feeler Wheels

Guided Feeler Wheels

Six guided feeler wheels ensure the frame moves smoothly over the ground, providing precise depth control and accurate operation without shaking the frame. They allow extra pressure to be placed on the soil without the frame swinging. The number of wheels increases based on the working width of the implement.
